Coffin Nail Necklace

Every gothic themed Etsy shop has some version of a coffin nail necklace. Every witch shop in Salem has a whole pile of square nails for sale. They seem antique and mysterious, but in reality you can buy a whole box of those nails at the Home Depot down the street. Sorry to ruin the magic.

But since I'm no better than any other gothic jewelry maker based out of some obscure artsy city, I also have a coffin nail necklace for sale! And spoiler alert: I also bought the nails from the Home Depot down the street! Modern, common, steel deck nails.

My deck nails are adorned with sterling silver crowns and collars though, and hung on heavy 18" stainless steel chains.

Crowns and collars are mixed and matched. Nails come in different sizes.
